Property Description

Artistry, Privacy & Effortless Hawaiʻi Living **Over 5,000 sq ft under roof · Waikoloa Village** A rare expression of island craftsmanship — and a private resort entirely your own. This exceptional Waikoloa Village residence offers over 5,000 square feet under roof, with spectacular views spanning the Pacific Ocean, the Kohala Mountains, and Maui across the channel. Resort living begins at home. Expansive bifold doors dissolve the boundary between indoors and out, opening to slate-decked lanais and lush tropical gardens. At its heart, a beautifully landscaped private interior courtyard — visible from nearly every room — is graced with mature fruit trees and intimate garden retreats, creating the feeling of a secluded spa estate. The elegant gourmet kitchen is appointed for entertaining at the highest level: a Wolf gas range, marble backsplash with pot filler, heritage-blue island, farmhouse sink, Ipe cabinetry, butler's pantry, cocktail corner, and distressed pine floors. The serene primary suite is a private sanctuary — a Balinese reed ceiling, a spa-inspired bath, a custom walk-in closet, a private lanai, and a secluded garden with a new hot tub made for evenings under the stars. Additional spaces include a generous guest suite, a flexible secondary bedroom/studio, a woodworking workshop, a recreation room, a large laundry, and an oversized two-car garage. Energy independence comes standard with an owned 18-panel photovoltaic system paired with a Tesla Powerwall. More than $250,000 in thoughtful upgrades have been completed throughout, and the residence is offered fully furnished — including tools and gym equipment — ready for immediate resort-style living. Ideally located on a quiet cul-de-sac, minutes from Waikoloa Village amenities and just a short drive to the world-class beaches and resorts of the Kohala Coast. Five-star island living, entirely your own.
